How it works - the automation process...

1. When you run the PrintExcel Wizard a specified queries data is outputted to a set file path
2. Automatically Excel is then opened
3. The output file is then opened
4. An existing Excel report template file is opened (this file has been prior linked to the output file path)
5. As both the output file and the report template file are open in the Excel session, automatically links will refresh
6. Then the report template file is automatically printed (if the option selected), then file is saved and Excel is closed

(The report template file - is an Excel file you have set up that has all the formatting and formulas you need on an ongoing basis, this file has been linked to the data of the Microsoft Access query output file.)
