OutputWriter
Wizard will allow you to easily and instantly write ad-hoc queries for outputting
data by simply clicking and selecting. The data can be outputted in
11 different file formats
to be saved to disk or directly emailed from the database. All you need to do is
select the source table/query, required fields, criteria and sort and the OutputWriter
Wizard does the rest!
The Wizard offers three levels of criteria and
sort. You can criteria the data with any of the Boolean Comparison (And,
Or) or logical operators (<, <=, =, >=,
>). And you can even use the powerful "Like"
operator. However a feature that will make your job easier and more accurate is that you
don't need to prior know the criteria value, you simply select it. This is especially
useful if your not certain about the data contained within a field. As you can choose the
value from a unique list of values based on that particular field. It also ensures better
accuracy as it eliminates the need for typing.
