And you can even use the powerful "Like" operator. However a feature that will make your job easier and more accurate is that you don't need to prior know the criteria value, you simply select it. This is especially useful if your not certain about the data contained within a field. As you can choose the value from a unique list of values based on that particular field. It also ensures better accuracy as it eliminates the need for typing.
